Most problems with CatchON TV come down to five causes, and each has a quick fix you can try yourself in a few minutes. Start with the problem you see on screen.
Start with your own network before anything else, because that is where most buffering begins.
During big events: brief buffering across all channels at the start of a major match usually means heavy demand, and it settles within minutes. Increasing the buffer size in your player settings helps.
This is nearly always a typing problem, not an account problem.
Test the same login on a phone. If it works there but not on your TV, the TV entry has a typo. If it works nowhere, check whether your plan has ended or contact support.
The guide downloads separately from the channel list, so an empty guide on first launch is normal. Open your player settings and refresh the EPG, then wait a few minutes. In TiviMate, go to Settings, Playlists, select your playlist and choose Update EPG. In IPTV Smarters Pro, use Settings, EPG, Refresh. Some international channels have less guide data than major US and UK networks.
Your player may show a cached list from a few days ago. Refresh the playlist or sign out and back in. If the channel still does not appear, send support the channel name and the category you expected it in.
Change the audio output in your player to PCM or stereo, or switch the player engine (for example to VLC) and try again. On MAG boxes, set Audio to PCM in the system settings.
Make sure you signed in with Xtream Codes rather than an M3U link, because some players only load the on-demand library with Xtream Codes. Then refresh the content from the player menu.
Send our team three things: your device, your player app, and exactly what the screen says. Those details usually turn a long exchange into a one-message answer. Contact support here, or browse the FAQ and our setup guides.
