Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. By ordering or using CatchON TV, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you subscribe.

1. The Service

CatchON TV provides access to live television channels and on-demand content over the internet through third-party IPTV player applications. CatchON TV does not sell devices or player apps and is not responsible for how those apps work.

2. Your Subscription

  • Each plan gives access for the term you buy, from 1 to 12 months.
  • Each plan allows a fixed number of simultaneous connections, from 1 to 5. Using more streams at the same time than your plan allows may interrupt playback.
  • Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
  • Your login details are personal. Sharing or reselling them is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Discounts for selected payment methods are shown before you confirm. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

4. Availability

We work hard to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee that every channel or title is always available. Channel line-ups change over time, and short interruptions can happen during maintenance or periods of very high demand. Stream quality also depends on your internet connection and device.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CatchON TV for personal, non-commercial viewing only, and to comply with the laws of the country where you watch. You may not record and redistribute content, rebroadcast streams in public venues, or attempt to interfere with our systems.

6. Content

CatchON TV does not host or upload content. Trademarks and channel names belong to their owners. We respond to valid notices under our DMCA policy.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, including account sharing, reselling or abuse of support staff.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, CatchON TV is not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your internet provider, your device or third-party apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
